How much does it cost? We have several plans to choose from. The plan we choose for you will be based upon a combination of the availability of the local number needed and the requirements of the prison's phone provider to set up a prepaid account. Step 2: Sign up for our recommended plan. Step 3: Give the inmate the new phone number. Have the inmate attempt to call the new phone number to get it into the prison calling system. Step 4: Contact the collect call provider for the institution and set up a pre-paid or advanced pay collect call account for the new number.
