| From the Idaho DOC website: The inmate phone service provider is Public Communications Services (PCS). This provider offers lower rates for families and friends of offenders receiving calls from IDOC facilities. All calls are 30 minutes except at Idaho Maximum Security Institution, which allows 45 minutes. The rates are as follows: DEBIT

$3.40 set up $.75 minimum, plus tax
International $5 setup and $1 per minute plus tax (debit only) PREPAID COLLECT

If the collect calls are not prepaid, the rates for 15-minute intrastate calls are $3.80 and the rates for 15-minute interstate calls are $16.55.
Prisoners are allowed to call cell phones.
