Rates for calls from Delaware state prisons:
Local Calls:  .04 per minute
In-state calls:  .04 per minute
Out-of-state calls:  .04 per minute

No PHONE CALLS by the public can be made to an offender. Offenders are permitted to make calls following the policy of the institution in which the offender is located. Establish a pre-paid phone account for an offender

Mail should be limited to letters, cards, written correspondence, non-Polaroid pictures, and money orders.

Do NOT mail offenders packages, pornography, cash, stamps, tobacco, or illegal substances.
